Osha Roberts/Owner
Osha has over 25 years of experience in the Senior Living industry. Working her way up from a Caregiver, Resident Manager, Community Relations Manager, Executive Director and Director of Operations her dream came true when she purchased Bager Mtn AFH. Her lifelong passion for the elderly and the commitment to love and serve has been the best reward. Meeting so many new families and making friends along the way Osha has been able to help connect those looking for the right place for mom and dad through her numerous connections and the ability to bring their loved ones into her own home.
Erika Leyva/Resident Manager
Erika started her career helping seniors working in her first Adult Family Home. Her passion soon grew to helping them in Assited Living Facilities and in home care. There she was found a new love serving the very people she had a passion for. She makes a dedication each day to guide and support the most vulnerable during their life stages. Erika helps our residents feel right at home and loved like family by providing them with excellent love and care and supporting the staff through all aspects of their caregiving experience.
Maria/ Day Shift
Maria is the heart of our morning routine! She demonstrates extreme passion and patience during the personal cares. Maria prepares a delicious meal for breakfast and lunch and assists our residents with day-to-day activities and meaningful moments. Weather that may be an afternoon on the patio enjoying lunch or pampering foot soaks. She has the heart and dedication we strive to embrace here at Badger!
Jahaira/ Night Shift Care Partner
Jahaira found her calling in caring for others! This is her first experience with the elderly and she’s a natural. Her strength comes through during the sleeping hours of our residents. Preparing nutritious meals, cleaning their home and constant oversight while they rest. Our residents wake up to a beautiful smile and loving attitude to help start their day.
Cintia/ Weekend Care Partner
Cintia is with our residents all weekend showing her dedication by providing them with consistent care they can count on. Our residents can plan on having meaningful moments knowing she is there to keep the entertainment going and her passion for caring.
Melissa Jury/ LPN
Melissa has a diverse background in nursing from In Home, Correctional Facilities, Assisted Living and Adult Family Homes, with a nursing career that began in 1999 for medical Healthcare management and CNA. In 2016 she advanced her training and became an LPN. This has opened many doors in various diverse settings for her to expand her career and knowledge which has led her to Badger! Melissa will be the direct support nurse for staff and families. Her combined training and experience will be valuable to our residents to meet their changing conditions and nursing needs.
Candy Sinden/ RN
Candy has many hats she wears here at Badger! With an exceptional background in nursing, she has over 30 years of nursing experience. Working with many Adult Family Homes Candy provides Nurse Delegation, Assessments and Foot Care. She takes every client in as if it was her own family. She is extremely loving and very detailed when working with residents to develop Assessments for the resident and their forever home. She continues to stay up to date with their changes and needs. Candy trains and works with staff to provide top notch delegation tasks, leaving no stone unturned she follows up to verify they are comfortable, and the resident is well taken care of. When it’s time for their foot care she takes her time to assess and treat each resident with respect and communicates changes and recommendations to give them a better quality of life!
Naomi/Activities & Float Caregiver
Naomi has extreme passion for the elderly! She is highly focused on resident care and companionship. Naomi is very creative when it comes to meaningful activities our residents enjoy. She not only helps them engage in stimulating activities, but she also helps them in every aspect of their life with adult daily livings. Naomi has a personal connection with being a caregiver to her own mom. She strives to see our most vulnerable succeed and be healthy and happy! She has grown from very little experience to a trained HCA in no time. Watch out for all those activity pictures on our Facebook page she’s behind it all!
