With over 25 years of dedicated service in the Senior Living industry, Osha Roberts has spent her life caring for seniors and advocating for their well-being. Beginning her journey as a caregiver, Osha’s deep passion for the elderly and commitment to providing exceptional care inspired her to take on roles of greater responsibility, from Resident Manager to Community Relations Manager, and eventually, Executive Director and Director of Operations.
Her dream of creating a home where seniors are truly treated like family became a reality when she opened Badger Mountain Adult Family Home. For Osha, this was more than just a professional achievement—it was the culmination of her lifelong mission to love, honor, and serve the most vulnerable.
Osha’s leadership is marked by her genuine care for each resident, ensuring that everyone who enters Badger Mountain feels a sense of belonging and is treated with the highest level of dignity and respect. By combining her extensive experience with her nurturing spirit, she has created a home where lasting friendships are built, and families find peace knowing their loved ones are in compassionate hands.

Erika Leyva, Resident Manager
With a passion for senior care that began in her first Adult Family Home, Erika Leyva has dedicated her career to supporting seniors through every stage of life. Her experience spans Adult Family Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, and in-home care, giving her a well-rounded perspective on compassionate caregiving. Erika’s daily commitment is to ensure that each resident feels loved and supported, guiding them with care and compassion through life’s transitions. Her leadership ensures our home is a place where both residents and staff thrive.

Maria brings warmth and care to every morning at Badger Mountain. Melissa Jury, LPN
With over two decades of diverse nursing experience, Melissa Jury is a compassionate and knowledgeable nurse dedicated to supporting our residents and staff. Having worked in various healthcare settings—from in-home care to correctional facilities and adult family homes—Melissa brings a wealth of expertise. As our direct support nurse, she plays a crucial role in overseeing residents’ medical needs, ensuring that their care plans are continually updated to reflect their changing conditions.
Candy Sinden, RN
With over 30 years of nursing experience, Candy Sinden provides invaluable support to our residents and staff. Her expertise in Nurse Delegation, Assessments, and Foot Care ensures that each resident receives the highest level of care. Candy’s personal approach to every assessment makes her a trusted figure in our home, as she works closely with families and staff to provide seamless care. Her attention to detail and loving nature ensure that no need goes unmet.
